Reservation After receiving your reservation (per email or phone), we will send you a confirmation with the bill of the complete amount of Money several days later. After we receive the amount of money in our checking account on time, the reservation is official. 2. Period of rent The renting period (May - October) for Holidayhomes and Caravan is at least a week en starts on the first Saturday at 4PM and ends the last Saturday at 10 AM. From November through March we also rent out the Gîtes for long weekends or longer periods of time. 3. Paying The deposit is 30% of the whole amount and is to be in our possession within 10 days from the day you received the bill. The remaining amount must be paid two months before the renting period starts. Reservations that are made within the two months before the renting period starts must be paid as a whole as soon as you receive the bill from us. The whole rent must be paid before you can enter the Holidayhomes or caravan. 4. Safety Deposit At the time of reservation a safety deposit must be paid. The deposit will be returned if no defects are found. The deposit will be in your checking account 14 days after the renting period. 5. Central Heating & Electricity In the period of October through March you have to pay heating costs. For the Holidayhome this is 45,- euro per week, for A Lasserre it is 80,- euro per week. Wood for the stove is free of charge. 6. Cancellation In case of cancellation, done in writing (E-mail) two months before the renting period starts, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back. For the rest you must have your own cancellation insurance. 7. Cleaning After your stay you are to leave the House / Caravan clutter free and without garbage. The kitchen is to be cleaned. We will clean the house in return for payment. (see tariffs) If you don’t follow the rules as stated above we can charge you extra cleaning costs. 8. Bedding Bedding and towels are free for the Holidayhomes and A Lasserre. Caravan Euro 10 per week per person. Per person per week, bedding and towelset (2 towels, 2 handtowels) . Tea-towels are in stock. 9. Pets After consultation with us it is allowed to bring small pets in the Gîte and A Lasserre. 10. Maximum amount of people The maximum amount of people per Caravan, Holidayhome and A Lasserre can not be exceeded, unless explicitly agreed on with the landlord. Extra people pay an extra 10%. 11. Responsibility During the stay the renter is responsible for the residence or Caravan, the furniture and all other things that belong to the rented object. We can not be held responsible for any damages or inconveniences in whatever form and caused by whatever situation, for the renter and the other people that are in or around the rented residence. We cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or the change of situation that have happened outside our knowledge or action. We would like to make you aware of the fact that you are responsible for the safe use of the rented objects like the toddler swimming pool.
